Read my terms of service before commissioning me!
__This section is for digital art commissions only. This is a living document. My T.O.S. and base prices are subject to change at any time. By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to adhere to my T.O.S. and failure to comply will result in cancellation and/or blacklisting. Any commissioned digital artwork is NOT automatically a tattoo ticket that another artist can tattoo.

GENERAL
1. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.
2. All of my products are digital. You will not receive any physical products.
3. I may take longer on a commission than a provided estimated completion date.
5. No price changes once a commission is accepted and worked upon.
4. Please be respectful when messaging me, and please feel free to message me at any time (but please be mindful of how often) to receive updates or ask questions.
6. Lack of communication from the commissioner's end for more than a week will result in a cancellation.

REVISIONS
1. I'm more than happy to do revisions; however, I will typically not do more than 3 rounds of revisions for most of my commissions. This means it is best to ask for a revision early on & be as specific as possible for what you would like revised!
2. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of receiving the final artwork.
3. Any commissions with mistakes/inconsistencies* (missing colors or details, extra marks, etc.) may be requested for a revision at any time and will be accepted without a fee at my discretion. (*Change in character design on commissioner's end is not applicable.)

USAGE
1. You are definitely allowed to post your finished commission on social media! Please give credit to me on the platform you’re using the commission for/credit where applicable! | Please link to this website (nagiwashere.carrd.co), my dot page (dot.cards/nagiwashere) or my Instagram with my username @nagi.was.here.ink.
2. You retain your rights to the intellectual property (oc’s). I retain my rights to the ownership of the artwork created.
3. You can not resell, redistribute, or use my art for profit or any commercial use.
4. You may not alter or claim my artwork as your own, or allow others to alter the artwork.
5. You may NOT, under any circumstance, upload my artwork to any AI websites regardless of whether or not it was commissioned.
6. I often use completed commissions as references in portfolios - please tell me directly if you do not want me to use them as such.
7. At the moment, I do not allow for my digital commissions to be tattooed by other tattoo artists.

ETC.
I will sometimes offer to redraw entire commissions for free at a later day. As I am growing as an artist, I personally believe I improve with more and more experience and will situationally offer to redraw previous commissions that I feel lacks the kind of quality I strive for. I will NOT do this at request; I consider that a full revision that needs to be upfront before completion & payment of the commission.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT/REFUND INFORMATION
this section is negotiable, but is applied for all first-time commissionersI work on a 50/50 payment structure for anything over $30; 50% upfront and 50% for the completed commission. Anything $30 and under is expected to be paid upfront.I always make sure that you know what you are paying for and will always keep you updated on the status of your commission, so there should be NO reason to chargeback on PayPal or request a refund after the final product has been delivered.Should there be any issues on the client side, always communicate them with me first. If you initiate a chargeback for any reason, I will not provide any additional portions of the commission and you will be blacklisted. Should I, for any reason, need to cancel a commission and the upfront payment has been made, I will absolutely refund it. No refunds will be accepted for finished commissions.The reason for my revision policy is to ensure that you receive exactly what you want. Revisions will not come at a cost, only BEFORE a final commission is delivered. If you need revisions that alter the work considerably after the final product has been delivered, a fee may be applied (please refer to my revisions section).If you, for any reason, need to cancel a commission and I have already started but not completed it, the amount that I will refund will be negotiated first and will be based off of how much work has been done and how much time has been spent on the artwork. It is best to always be transparent!

Like a moth to a flame, I have gravitated towards drawing ever since I could hold a pencil. Despite having aphantasia (being unable to create mental imagery), it's never stopped me from creating and it never will.Nagi was Here came about from the word unagi, directly related to my love for eels and marine life in general, which is also my nickname in many online spaces. To be here is to be present in every day life, which I always strive to do--take one day in at a time, and just be here.During my tattoo apprenticeship I'm hoping to explore many different styles until I find my fit. At the moment, I'm having fun with practicing American and Japanese Traditional and returning to my cartoon/anime roots. I'm extremely grateful for this opportunity to learn and grow as an artist, alongside working on my digital commissions, and I hope one day I can draw something incredible just for you!xoxo
