Read my terms of service before commissioning me!
This is a living document. My T.O.S. and base prices are subject to change at any time. By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to adhere to my T.O.S. and failure to comply will result in cancellation and/or blacklisting.

GENERAL
1. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.
2. All of my products are digital. You will not receive any physical products.
3. I may take longer on a commission than the estimated date.
4. Please be respectful when messaging me, and please feel free to message me at any time to receive updates or ask questions.
5. No price changes once a commission is accepted and worked upon.
6. Lack of communication from the commissioner's end for more than a week will result in a cancellation.

REVISIONS
1. I'm more than happy to do revisions; however, I will typically not do more than 3 rounds of revisions for most of my commissions. This means it is best to ask for a revision early on & be as specific as possible for what you would like revised!
2. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of receiving the final artwork.
3. Any commissions with mistakes/inconsistencies* (missing colors or details, extra marks, etc.) may be requested for a revision at any time and will be accepted without a fee at my discretion. (*Change in character design on commissioner's end is not applicable.)

USAGE
1. You are definitely allowed to post your finished commission on social media! Please give credit to me on the platform you’re using the commission for/credit where applicable! | Please link to this cardd or my Twitch with my username nagiwashere or nagi
2. You retain your rights to the intellectual property (oc’s). I retain my rights to the ownership of the artwork created.
3. You can not resell, redistribute, or use my art for profit or any commercial use.
4. You may not alter or claim my artwork as your own, or allow others to alter the artwork.
5. You may NOT, under any circumstance, upload my artwork to any AI websites regardless of whether or not it was commissioned.
6. I often use completed commissions as references in portfolios - please tell me directly if you do not want me to use them as such.

ETC.
I will sometimes offer to redraw entire commissions for free at a later day. As I am growing as an artist, I personally believe I improve with more and more experience and will situationally offer to redraw previous commissions that I feel lacks the kind of quality I strive for. I will NOT do this at request; I consider that a full revision that needs to be upfront before completion & payment of the commission.

this section is negotiable, but is applied for all first-time commissionersI work on a 50/50 payment structure for anything over $30; 50% upfront and 50% for the completed commission. Anything $30 and under is expected to be paid upfront. *I always make sure that you know what you are paying for and will always keep you updated on the status of your commission, so there should be NO reason to chargeback on PayPal or request a refund after the final product has been delivered.Should there be any issues on the client side, always communicate them with me first. If you chargeback for any reason, I will not work with you in the future and you will be blacklisted in my community. Should I, for any reason, need to cancel a commission and the upfront payment has been made, I will absolutely refund it. No refunds will be accepted for finished commissions.The reason for my revision policy is to ensure that you receive exactly what you want. Revisions will not come at a cost, only BEFORE a final commission is delivered. If you need revisions that alter the work considerably, a fee may be applied (please refer to my revisions section).If you, for any reason, need to cancel a commission and I have already started but not completed it, the amount that I will refund will be negotiated first and will be based off of how much work has been done and how much time has been spent on the artwork. It is best to always be transparent!*During any sales commissions, all payments are usually expected to be upfront with no 50/50 payment. Invoices may be generated accordingly.

  • $10 for expedited commission | take priority in waitlist, additional +$10 to have commission worked on immediately if there is already an active commission

  • $10 per additional panel | for twitch panel set only

  • full body and half body price will be determined after an inquiry (typical range will be $20 - $40)

  • flat colored, cell shaded, or rendered artwork price will be determined after an inquiry

  • $35 static base price | $50 anim base price

  • includes EOMO, EOMC, ECMO, ECMC

  • +$2 per for extra assessory toggle (party hat, sunglasses, etc)

  • +$5 for 4 different expressions; angry, sad, shy, scared

  • intended for veadotube

custom emotes

  • $15 - $35

  • emotes for twitch | $15 base price, can go upwards of $25 depending on complexity

  • animated emotes | start at $25, can go upwards of $35

YCH emotes

  • chopper cry - $10 | static

  • mod check - $25 | anim

  • breakdance - $35 | anim

  • club penguin - $40 | anim

prices based on amount of frames, complexity of character design, and software used to create (live 2d or frame-by-frame anim)

twitch panels

  • $15+ for singular panel

  • $45+ for character panel set | increase in price for border changes/character(s) poses

  • $30+ for singular panel set

  • panel sets include 5 panels

twitch sub badges

  • $5 for every 2 unique badges

"are the commissions listed all you can do?"

definitely not! examples listed above are my area of focus and are actual commissions that i've completed; i can draw more than this! if there's something you'd like drawn that is not listed on this page, please dm me in discord for an inquiry!if you'd like to see more of my artwork, check out my live portfolio!NOTE FOR ANIMATED COMMISSIONS: i am NOT an animator by any means!!!! i can do very simple frame-by-frame animations and simple Live2D rigs/animations - i do not have any programs to do full-fleshed animations, so please understand that i am able to accept SOME animation comms but will decline requests that may not be in my wheelhouse.

estimated deliveries

i draw relatively fast, so sometimes commissions (when there is no waitlist) can be completed within the same day of placement! if i am unable to complete within the same day, i will usually always be done within the same week for everything BUT detailed overlays. overlays can take me anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks - the best way to know is to be very detailed in your inquiry, where i can give a more specific delivery range! my estimated delivery dates are NOT guaranteed dates of delivery.any commissions REQUESTED to be done within 3 days of placement is considered an expedited commission and comes at a $10 fee, with an additional $10 charge if the commission is requested to take priority over other currently accepted commissions.

nagi was here!

Nagi is the mascot for my art and has been the face of my online presence since 2024. He's a thalassophile who represents my love for all things ocean-related, especially my enthusiasm for nudibranchs! He was named after the kanji 凪, associated with 'calm,' 'lull,' and 'tranquility,' the words I associate the most with the sea -- and is also coincidentally a play on the word unagi, meaning 'eel' (my favorite eel is a white-spotted garden eel!).I'm an artist from the Bay Area and I I couldn't imagine who I would be without the beautiful beaches and fascinating marine life that surrounds me. My love for the ocean is what inspires me to create, and I appreciate you stopping by!
